What to Expect

There are elements of the unknown anytime we try something new that may bring up uncomfortable feelings and emotions. Whether you have tried therapy before or perhaps this is your first time, my aim is to provide a sense of ease in the process. We will collaboratively work to determine your expectations from therapy, set any goals you may have, and explore how you can be best supported in the process.

Duration & Frequency

You can choose between a 50-minute or 80-minute session duration depending on your preference and these can be scheduled at a frequency that works for you (such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your ideal session duration and frequency may change across time and we can work together to navigate what feels best. This includes your choice to pause or stop therapy at any time.
